What You'll Do The Help Desk Technician will provide first point of contact technical support of software and hardware products and services.
Will respond to and diagnose problems through electronic or verbal dialogue with users.
This includes problem recognition, research, & resolution steps.
The Help Desk Technician will resolve basic to moderately complex problems while referring more complex problems to Network Technicians.
Will use Help Desk System and other tools to proactively support office staff and manage equipment inventory.
This position will handle phone calls as their primary duties as well as work tickets and may be asked to help with projects.
What You'll Need Two-year degree in a computer related field OR equivalent technical training OR high school diploma and two (2) years computer related work experience.
