Technical Support Analyst III

CMFG Life Insurance Company is seeking a Technical Support Analyst III to be located in the Waverly, IA area, with occasional travel to our headquarters in Madison, WI.
This person will go into the Waverly, IA office on average twice a week to assist with technology configurations and support issues.
The Technical Support Analyst III provides professional and technical expertise in the development, installation and maintenance of broad infrastructure solutions.
Partner with the business areas to understand their business needs and requirements and use that knowledge to assist the business and IT in making technology decisions.
Apply subject matter expertise through consulting on the utilization of infrastructure solutions and services.
Serve as peer on multiple or concurrent projects of any size.
Provide a breadth of technical expertise and depth of knowledge in one or more technical areas.
This individual will design, develop, deploy, and support the company's physical and virtual workstation and infrastructure solutions across all locations.
Will need physical presence in the Waverly office to complete physical computer builds, IT inventory control and assist with network troubleshooting.
The individual in this position will also design, develop and execute manual and automated scripts.
Must maintain an in-depth knowledge of multiple infrastructure processes and technologies.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or closely related field, and a minimum 5 years of progressive IT engineering and workstation support experience.
As part of the 5 years of progressive experience required, the candidate must also have:
5 years experience with workstation image creation, builds and deployments 5 years experience with creating and deploying Infrastructure Automation leveraging scripting languages on at least two of the following:
PowerShell, Visual Basic, and AutoHotkey 5 years experience deploying software packages and monthly patches for workstations 4 years experience with each of the following:
Disaster Recovery, Technical Training/Support, Technical problem resolution, Infrastructure Technology Information Library (ITIL), Infrastructure Technology Lifecycle.
3 years experience with IT Asset Management lifecycle and maintaining IT Asset inventories 3 years experience with network cabling, supporting network equipment and troubleshooting LAN issues CMFG Life Insurance Company performs post-offer/pre-employment background checks.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
