SCHEDULEFTE:
PRNPRIMARY FUNCTIONSProvide social services specific to relevant emotional, psychosocial, and economic needs consistent with the scope of practice as defined by the Iowa Social Work Licensure Act to promote continuity of care by communicating and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, patient, and family and facilitate discharge planning and appropriate support services.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation, Experience, and TrainingMust possess a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work; Master's Degree preferred.
For internal cross-training, a baccalaureate in nursing degree is also accepted.
Minimum of three years previous experience in all aspects of social services and discharge planning preferred.
Must have demonstrated organizational abilities.
Ability to learn and navigate computer systems including the online training modules, the employee timesheet and the performance appraisal system.
Job specific systems are also required.
Must be able to read, speak, and write fluent English.
Physical RequirementsSitting - Approximately 50% of shift.
Standing - Approximately 25% of shift.
Walking - Approximately 25% of shift.
Lifting - Not a requirement.
Twisting - Not a requirement.
Bending - Moderate.
Squat/Kneel - Infrequent.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
