This position will initially have as its primary assignment of maintaining daily schedules, build sheets for the lines, and component scheduling.
Printing, delivering, tracking and maintenance of Build Sheets for line.
Update machine status on Master Schedule and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain Weld Shop boom build sequence and serial tags.
Track changes and update Build Sheets on floor.
Make small modification to schedules as requested.
Collect production tags update schedule accordingly and charge off machines when complete.
Assist Master Scheduler and PC manager as needed.
Take on extra project work as assigned.
Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related field (Materials Management emphasis is a plus)
Must be proficient with Excel, Word and e-mail
Experience with any MRP plus.
The correct candidate would be very detail oriented. This person will be able to show aptitude for tracking changes in data and analyzing the data to make recommendations to the Master Scheduler and Management.
The candidate must be able to communicate well with others in a 1 on 1, meeting setting, and directly with management.
This person will have good root cause analyze skills as well as ability to take on projects outside their scope of work.
