CNC Machining Supervisor

Ensure that all MRP production schedules and plans are met and within standards.
Ensure that if production is over capacity, that they work with Production Control to get work completed at outside vendors to make sure production schedules are met.
Ensure that all equipment, tooling, and fixturing are in optimal operating order.
Ensure that all production support functions coincide with equipment and plant capacity plans.
Provide direction on building and sustaining a team oriented work environment.
This is a first shift position.
EDUCATION: Certification in Manufacturing Operations Management, 2-year, or 4-year degree required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
5
years of production experience with supervisory experience;
Hands on experience in programming, setting up and running CNC lathes and/or CNC Machining Centers;
Prior working knowledge of industrial painting and powder coating processes;
Prior working knowledge in managing supplies, perishable tooling and spare parts inventories used to support CNC machining operations.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
