Job Requirements
We have an exceptional opportunity for a Human Resources Director to join our team of compassionate and dedicated professionals located at our residential treatment facility in Waverly, Tennessee. The HRD will play a key role in delivering high quality services to our facility and employees which includes full cycle recruiting for vacant positions, employee relations, regulatory compliance for licensure and accreditation, as well as ADAAA and FMLA. It is the responsibility of this role to ensure that the Human Resources department fulfills its purpose: to be a strategic partner between the organization and the employees who successfully make it function on a day-to-day basis. Are you able to inspire people to follow rules, policies, and procedures, while boosting morale and creating a supportive and encouraging work environment? If so, then this could be the perfect opportunity!
Required: Bachelors, HR preferred or related field
Preferred: Masters, HR preferred or related business field
Preferred: PHR, SHPR or GPHR
Required: 5-7 years progressive HR experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
